When we started investing in land, we acquired our properties below their actual value. We would like to pass on the savings to you. That’s why we are listing the properties below the current market rate and even offer owner financing.
Not all of our properties are listed online. If we don’t have the perfect property in our inventory, we will try to find it find it for you.
