Buying Process

Three easy steps!

Find Your Property
Head on over to the Property Listings section and select the property you would like to purchase.

Select a Purchase Option
You'll find two purchase options. One will be the cash price if you decide to pay the full amount for the property. The second option will give you the opportunity to finance the property. Today, you are only paying a reservation and document fee. Don't worry, the reservation fee is part of the down payment and will be deducted from the purchase price.

Complete Order
Once you’ve filled out the form, you will be able to submit a credit card to reserve the property. We will be in contact with you via e-mail to obtain additional information for the contract and we will make payment arrangements. If you would like to make changes after reserving your property, such as a different payment schedule, just reply to the confirmation e-mail.

Financing

We offer owner-financing. No credit checks are required, everyone is approved! Once the property is paid in full, we will transfer title into your name with a warranty deed.

Cash Price

After paying the down payment today, we will be in contact for the final payment.  Depending on the price of the property, we may decide to close the transaction through a title company. Either way, upon closing we will transfer title into your name!
